Add Barcode support

Task Description

Add barcode support for the reporting engine. The envisioned barcode element should be easy to use and should accept strings or other data (numbers etc) and should provide default templates for all common barcode types.

Solution Approach

Create suitable wrappers around an existing barcode library. Add parser support.
